FreelyDance LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
FreelyDance LLC ("FreelyDance," "we," "us," or "our") operates freelydance.com and provides dance lesson information and inquiry services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you send an inquiry, we may collect:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
- the type of lesson or service that interests you;
- the message you choose to send; and
- whether you separately choose to receive occasional FreelyDance news and offers by email.
Sending an inquiry does not confirm a lesson, availability, acceptance, or booking.
Website and device information
When you visit our website, our hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your browser type, device type, page requested, referring page, approximate location derived from network information, and diagnostic or security data.
Framer provides the website hosting, form functionality, spam protection, and built-in site analytics used by FreelyDance. Framer states that its built-in analytics do not use cookies or persistent identifiers and are designed to report site activity in an anonymized form.
Optional advertising measurement
If you choose to allow advertising measurement, we may load Meta Pixel on the FreelyDance advertising journey. Meta Pixel can tell Meta that your browser viewed a covered page and that a FreelyDance inquiry was successfully submitted. Meta may also receive browser, device, page, cookie, and similar online activity information and may process it under Meta's own privacy terms.
FreelyDance does not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number, lesson interest, message, marketing choice, or other form responses to Meta Pixel. Declining advertising measurement does not prevent you from viewing the website or sending an inquiry.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- receive, review, and respond to your inquiry;
- communicate with you about the service you requested;
- manage scheduling discussions and the potential client relationship;
- send occasional news and offers only if you separately chose to receive them;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and inquiry process;
- measure, in aggregate, which advertising produces website visits and successful inquiries when advertising measurement is allowed; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations and protect our rights, visitors, and business.
We do not treat an advertising-measurement choice as consent to receive marketing email. Marketing email requires the separate optional choice shown on the inquiry form.
3. When we disclose information
We may disclose information to:
- Framer and other service providers that host, protect, or operate the website and form;
- email, scheduling, or business-service providers used to respond to and manage an inquiry;
- Meta, but only for the optional advertising measurement described above;
- professional advisers when reasonably necessary; and
- government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
We require service providers to receive only the information reasonably needed for their role. We do not sell your contact-form responses.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
FreelyDance uses Framer's built-in, cookie-free analytics for basic site measurement. If FreelyDance adds Meta Pixel, it will remain blocked unless and until you allow advertising measurement. You can decline that choice and continue using the site.
You can review or change your advertising-measurement choice at any time through the Privacy Choices link in the website footer. Changing your choice applies to future website activity in that browser. You may also use browser controls to remove stored cookies or site data.
5. Marketing choices
The inquiry form includes a separate, optional choice for occasional FreelyDance news and offers. You may send an inquiry without selecting it. If you opt in, you may unsubscribe at any time by using an unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us at info@freelydance.com.
6. Retention
If you do not become a FreelyDance client, we normally delete or de-identify inquiry information within 12 months after the last meaningful contact. If you become a client, we may keep relevant records during the relationship and afterward for legitimate business, safety, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes. We may keep consent, opt-out, security, and legal-compliance records for as long as reasonably necessary to honor those choices and obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your requests and choices
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, or to stop marketing email. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to retain limited information for legal, security, accounting, or opt-out purposes. Where applicable law provides additional privacy rights, you may contact us to exercise them.
9. Other websites and services
Our website may link to services operated by other organizations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date.
